Another Ink, this time of the Penguin. I'm a lot happier than normal with this piece. Usually I can find a lot of fault with my own work, but I think this one is alright. That being said, I would in future do the lighting on the top hat and the reflection of the cigerette on his coat differently.

As always, any Feedback would be really welcome as I'm still experimenting with Inking, Shadowing, and also drawing scary depictions of Batman's Rogues Gallery
