Started out as a quick sketch the other night. Then rendered in some rough shading. Finally colored it last night and thought it looked pretty cool for not having anything like this in mind when I started.

I like the compactness. My Turtles always seem to get tall in order to be graceful. This Raph is a bundle of compressed energy. Nicely done. RICK

Can't say I've got a usual style for drawing the turtles, but I think I do tend to favor the short, stocky build. Like, "Teenage" "Mutant" "Ninja" "Turtles" is already a bonkers combination of ideas—"stocky" just makes it seem even crazier to imagine, in a fun, hilarious way to me.
