The final evolution of BrokAnne's transformation into an entity of destruction. Amp is no more, now behold Kamen Rider Calamity. One can think of this as the inverse to the True Hero Form, where that form was born from a wish to protect that which Anne loved, this form was born from a desire to destroy.
In this, her final evolution, BrokAnne's power over the three Calamity Gems is honed. She has no moral qualms about using her power for whatever she wants, be it the destruction of a planet, the whole sale slaughter of anyone in her path, or her deep hatred towards love and all it stands for. BrokAnne has the unfiltered raw power of the Strength Calamity Gem, the sharpness of the Mind Calamity Gem, and the swiftness of the Heart Calamity Gem. Due to the trauma, pain, and anger in her heart, the Calamity powers have become courrpted.
With her scythe, Azrael, she can cleave through dimensions and traverse them at her own will. The weapon can also reap the souls of those she uses it on, sending them to oblivion, essentially, erasing their very spirit from existence if she so wished. But for what purpose, can the Gleeful Twins have for her? Well, that is a story for another time...
