Description
While flawlessly beautiful, Android 18 suffered temperamental mood swings caused by having to maintain such a hefty and limitless source of power. Every time Dr. Gero tried to manipulate her power source's limiters to fix this however, she would often wake and put his life in great danger. Fearing his own death, he manufactured a machine that would hold her in place and would alter her various systems by manipulating the strongest electrical emitters in her body... the ones in the soles of her feet. To his great amusement, this sent the girl into hysterics, who's struggling against the arms holding her only caused them to grasp at her body haphazardly. This, as you might expect... only made things worse.

Of course Dr. Gero lost the science in doing so... instead focusing more on his own entertainment and leading to his own... eventual demise at the hands of her and her twin brother #17.

The lesson learned here is that, no matter how sane your subject if you torture them with hysterics long enough... so much so when they cannot even tire or lose sensitivity: Their mind will eventually snap and they just might murder you.
