Wow... Even though this is a WIP according to you, it might as well be a completed piece.
Time after time, I'm amazed by how detailed people can work with graphite, and this one only adds to my amazement. The detail in her hair makes it look like actual hair - which is something I can't do myself. Her eye is just brilliant and focuses your attention to it immediately. Her nose and mouth are really well done as well, and I love the way how you've managed to create almost gradient-like shadows on her face. They just seem right. Well done.
