Description
(Spoilers for Portal 2. If you haven't played it yet, get on that shit.)This was a piece I did for NerdMelt's 8-Bit Lit show earlier this year. I took the multiplayer characters from Portal 2, Peabody and Atlas, and placed them in the ending scene of the campaign mode in the composition of the cover of Of Mice and Men.
This was a really fun piece to do; the fan against the shed is in the same turned position as the ending, and the clouds are actually in the same form as when Chell looks all the way to the left when she first walks out. It was eventually purchased by an Internet personality whom I greatly admire, so that was nice. I wasn't really expecting anything to sell, hence why the documentation isn't as solid as I'd prefer.

well it looks like a real oil painting and oil paintings are fancy editions to living rooms, you could get some cash from the print shop.

Oh! Well yeah, it was a real painting. Acrylic paint on a segment of plywood. I don't really do digital that well (yet). It sold at the 8-Bit Lit Show at Nerdmelt Theatre earlier this year. It's hanging somewhere in an unnamed nerd-god's house as we speak, I'm told.
