Description
"We welcome to the Sunflower Country" project promotes The Sunflower Village of Gogolewko. One of the project concepts is to present the village's heritage in terms of multidimensional experiences of residents, emphasizing multicultural character of village. In order to aim it, a verbal and photographic documentation was created in the form of interviews and images with the village residents as main characters.[link]

Her eyes are incredibly haunting. And the juxtaposition from the religious harmony at the top of the shot gives a reluctant balance - but still the eyes over power the full image to still generate this nervous vibe for the viewer.
