It resemble like a child of Urgash a lot more, however I still prefer Pit fiends - they have more personality. : )

if I tilt my head to the left, I see it for what it is, but if I tilt it to the right, I see the Balrog from Lord of the rings... in a good way! I think it's the horns on the head that make it look 'kinda' like the balrog...

compared to the final design i saw, it really was a little too intense. don't understand why it has an open, decaying chest though.

Pit Fiend -> Pit Lord -> Pit Spawn
This may be the Ultimate form of a Pit Fiend. Pit Overlord?
It looks more horrify and stronger than the others three but it's still can not compare to the Pit Lord in Warcraft 3, that one is truely the monster.
