yah, it's just photoshop CS2. but you could do it in any version, it's not so much about the version, no fansy effects used here

You know, i cant help but think this is somewhat true to the design of ghouls in Dark Messiah (the first ever appearance of the creature in the HoMM universe EVER) excepts ofcourse hundreds of times improved.
So i guess my question is, have you used that design as a guideline/referance?
As for the skill, there can be no other description but masterful, even though you hear this every day, im more than sure....aaand that too.. Ive gone through alot of the Necropolis concept art and so far im amazed! There isnt a single undead among them that i wouldnt approve of (because other series had them, like in Heroes V for example, the vampires looked like the damned Highlander >.>, but yours are cerfect! Liches and so on, i love everything, not that my opinion is of any significance but still) All i can say is, keep it up man, im in awe of your work, and im sure thousands, soon millions of people will be too!
