Roof me over,Protect my void,
Colour your greys,
Balance our doubts…

Shot in Hemhofen, close to Nürnberg, Germany, last Saturday evening, just before a huge storm and rain…!!! The rainbow was incomplete and very short, but so lovely and unexpected over this roof illuminated and enhanced by the last sunbeams…
Canon EOS 50D + Canon Zoom 18-200mm. Natural colours, no edition except clarity and square crop with Photoshop.

This is so graphic in design and arrangement that it almost seems a departure from photography as a whole. The rainbow against the aggravating sky is certainly poetic, however the uniform vermilion to shoot up from below comes as a complete visual surprise, and thus a treat. Wonderful, wonderful
