So first of all, this is a really nice piece and you can definitely tell who these characters are without a doubt. I was just listening to music from this movie today, but anyway 
J Depps nose seems to be a bit too large and somewhat drooped here..I think if it was just a bit smaller and slightly lifted, it would be right on.
I also think if you added a couple quick, random flyaway hairs, it would add to the piece. Sometimes the smaller things are what can make a big difference. : )
I would also suggest making the drawing have more contrast. Perhaps it is just the photograph, but I feel like some more brightness and contrast would improve the piece.

Hi there,
You have formed a nice likeness here for both Helena in particular and I like the accents in their hair and you've captured the whispy nature of Helena's hair very nicely.
There are some slight differences between the reference image and the drawing especially on Johnny's face that takes something away from the likeness to the actor. His nose is slightly more pointed in the reference image and his mouth is slightly more horizontal than sloping downwards.
You have captured a very different feeling in your drawing compared to the reference image, this could have been intentional I don't know. I just feel like they are experiencing a deep sorrow or pain in your drawing compared to the reference image where I feel it has a more sinister quality to it.
However, I do like your interpretation and I like that you are not afraid to go darker with your shading! I also like how you have formed Johnny's eyes, the shape and the darkened iris are really nice!
