We had a family of blue-jays outside out house at the end of summer. It was starting to get sad when the parents where pushing the babies away. They were pitifully crying all day long and following the parents everywhere but where not being fed anymore. They all did start finding their own food though

Jays are hard to capture, this picture is really awesome. I love when birds visit my bird bath. If you can give birds anything they will appreciate, it is water.

It brings all the birds to your yard.
Cause your water tastes better than yours.. lol

I'm starting to share some of my tricks to bring them closer to my camera.... some are already in my scrap.

For Blue Jay... First get the adults to come .. close them get the juveniles to get even closer.
