No, just the other pano was a bit more refined & not so coarse. I am not sure what it is but it is not grain ??

I did not make the b+w from the big original photo - thats may be the reason that it is so rough... With a lot of time spending I can change this - shall I do this? On my 1680 x 1050 screen it seemed to be okay...

I really don't know what to change Michael. Maybe it is the very strong contrast between the sky & the leaves ?

Yes - that is possible. I have put my monitor not on highest light or contrast scale, This picture could have to much contrast if the background light of the monitor has full or just to much power...
