but in my opinion naruto will win,
if his spirit energy is the same as his chakra, his wind style will win.
for the power of the wind can sharen his blade past perfection and easily cut Sasuke's Zangetsu it 2!

Did you draw it on paper or on the computer 1st? or did you put photos together?

He put the photos together and did "not" draw the above image. He's been using others "orignal" works and modifying them without prior permission or crediting them. I'm still looking where he got the Naruto from, but the original Sasuke is from:

You can tell this isn't really his own work when you look closely at the hands of both characters. The weapons seem so out of place, especially in Narutos case. He isn't even holding the sword, it looks more like its just floating in front of his hand.
You can even see in this other piece he's borrowed and modified, he finally put a link to the original in his comments, despite the original artist requesting he take it down, since the original piece was a paid for commissioned item:
