My first boy OC, Ne-on. Those who have seen him on tumblr *wink wink* Oh, I was shocked when someone declared being his fan already *looks at a certain fangirl* Ne-on has whatsoever no personality but only his ikemen shell/looks- well he is a child at heart.I still haven't designed his main outfit, they are supposed to be designed so he can put cute animal neon glowing stickers on them ( =v= ) / . He is not acting up to his image, right?
*shrugs* ohh, And those stuffed toys don't have arms.. he is not allowed to have those if they were not deformed. . right. great excuse.
