I first wanted to do Jessie from Pokémon but I thought I wanted to do someone else for the event so

I felt like appearance wise Rangiku and Ai had a lot in common, even the hairline is quite similar ajsbfofew and ofc boobs
Personality wise they're also very similar : wheeze : Especially when it comes to their laziness and love to show off lmao

The pink dust is there bc of Rangiku's Shikai growl that turns her blade into ash (Weeb talk i know)
I dyed her hair Blonde so it fits better uwu
