Flubber? As in that thing from the Robin Williams movie? Wouldn't the Mad Doctor (Dr. XXX) be in charge of building those sorts of things? I guess Oswald doe shave a hand in it, though (He WAS the one who installed that vacuum cleaner in Animatronic Goofy's leg).
