It took Boruto a while before everything was ready.
He’d wait until his father let Kurama out of the seal to roam around the forest before he approached his father early in the morning, knowing that his father’s reflexes were at its worst at such time. Naruto was only in his orange and blue boxers brief when Boruto approached him in bed and Boruto could only smirk at such a perfect attire.
Boruto had told him, he’d been developing a special technique that he would like to show his father as soon as possible, and though Naruto insisted on putting on his clothes, Boruto said it’ll take a while and dragged his father in his boxer-clad glory with him to the Konoha Forest training ground.
“So show me.” Naruto said in his still rather sleepy self.
“I’m gonna beat you so hard you’ll resign from being hokage out of shame!” Boruto said loudly and maybe it was the alcohol his father was drinking last night that made him laugh and laugh as he made despicable thumb gestures at Boruto.
It irritated him very much that his father never took him seriously, it was probably why Naruto was standing in such a defenseless posture with his legs wide apart as he laughed – And since Boruto was a good shinobi (unlink his stupid father), he took advantages of such opening.
