Good! I will only change that "trabaux en cours" banner, at least the colour, you used a colour wich is not used anywhere else on the web, I willput it as the blue of the bottom with white letters. For the rest is excellent, the small details everywhere give a proffesional touch to the design without making it very saturated. Also the BG pattern looks great and with the contrast needed with the layout.
