This picture looks more like the short girl is making the blonde uncomfortable or maybe the blonde is uncomfortable being out in public in that costume. That was not the original idea that I had but that looks like what I came up with

I would say that the short girl looks like she’s undressing the Princess with her eyes, even though the Princess is pretty undressed already. Maybe it’s her thoughts of what she’d like to do to the Princess that has the Princess a little uncomfortable. Beautiful work! Great job with the expressions.
