A machine gun I made based off of one from a gundam model I saw.Took a few hours to make using 3D Studio Max, It's been optimised for use in a game but I didnt make it with any specific game in mind.

No I believe its called a drum magazine,

Drums are inserted on the bottom of the weapon and clip in on their edge, while dish magazine lays on its side and feeds from it's bottom.
