Joel peered down at his upturned foot, spying the tiny form of his friend struggling to get up on all fours. With just the slightest tilt of his foot, he could send the tiny flat on his butt, it was quite amusing.

Joel had promised his friend the biggest workout of his lifetime, but his friend had shown up late as Joel was just getting home from the workout. Not wanting to leave the house again, but still wanting to help out his friend, he decided to stick his promise of giving the biggest workout of his lifetime... Just in a different way.

Now he could have his friend run nonstop laps over his sweaty sole as he relaxed and watched TV.
