Description
Early Cretaceous, AustraliaI was thrilled to see my illustration of this large ornithopod featured alongside work by some of the leading paleoartists from around the globe in a new article on the dinosaurs of Australia!
Check out the other images and learn more about Australia's fascinating Mesozoic megafauna, including Muttaburrasaurus, a newly-found and as-yet-unidentified spinosaurid, Leaellynasaura, Australovenator, and Diamantinasaurus, over at Earth Archives:

This is fricking awesome!
One note though, for the background,Β #808080 is the most neutral color possible.

Thank you!
I usually paint a background in for personal pieces; this one was submitted to EA as a PNG and now has a different background in the article itself, to help unify the image series. I figured grey would be better than pure white for the portfolio version, and just picked one I thought looked nice. I'll keep #808080 in mind next time though, thanks for the tip!
