Winning vote (At the time I saw the poll and made the rough draft picture) : 1) Panic and jump across the lips for hopefully safety landing. (Man, you guys were very split on where to go for this particular vote that I didn't know which one was going to win. I also want to say you guys just avoided a rather tough path should the other one was picked. It wouldn't had automatically lead to a game over, but it definitely would've put you in a lock in spot for a game over or ending depending which paths you'd on that one. Anyways, enough rambling, moving on to the plot of the picture.)

Inky's fear grew more and more as the rumbling around the Octoling's lips were getting worse. He figured he need to do something now, cause he's too close the dangerous part of this situation as he'll end up getting launch inside the mouth of the sleeping giantess. Trying to muster the energy he needs, though failing, Inky decides that the only solution is to jump ahead, as it would be too difficult to go back at this current time. As such, the small Inkling forces himself over the massive great maw of the sleeping giantess, feeling air being slightly suck in and out below him as he tries all his might to not look down, but it was impossible as he can see himself directly in the middle of the open chasm. He had to force the thought he might end up stopping midair to drop like a rock in order to look and see the upper lips of the Octoling's mouth closing in until he smacks right into. He scramble to grab a grip, taking a few milliseconds to feel like to grab anything before he manages to hug the upper lift, not noticing that the upper lips are a bit dry to the touch as compare to the bottom lips. Unfortunately for the poor micro Inkling, the rumbling continues to get worse before he hears a looming, squishy, wet rumble rising behind him. He didn't had to look behind him to realize what's going as fear pushes him to quickly start moving, forcing himself higher up the upper lip before he can start running as fast as he could. Harsh shaking can be heard as Inky can see at a corner of his eye a massive wall of saliva cover muscle is rubbing against the lips, pushing everything in its way like pancake as it rubs itself on the lips to moisten the lips from being dry. Inky could feel the world shaking until he felt terrifying force almost ramming right into him as it zooms past behind him, practically freezing the inkling in pure terror as he see's that he was just a few fraction of a millimeter away of being part of the Octoling's tongue as it zooms past him before returning back to the massive maw, soon the rumble is back to being slow and vibrating a little bit as the Octoling is simply breathing in her sleep. Poor Inky couldn't help but collapse on the spot and face plant himself on top of the squishy soft ground as he tries recompose himself.

After a bit, Inky manages to gather himself and go back to running across the Octoling's face, making faster progress than a while a ago as the center of the giantess's face is rather flat and the incline up wasn't rough for Inky compare to just climbing the bottom of the Octoling's face. While he could've gone without the near death experience he just had a second ago for the rest of his life, he kind of glad he went this way, as otherwise he would've been wasting time at the annoying incline of moving around the Octoling's eyes. The rest of the hike up the mountainous girl was rather uneventful for Inky as the Octoling didn't do much in her sleep, or at least anything that could threaten Inky or impede his progress compare two minutes ago as she does minor movement here and there and scratches her face in her sleep, but mostly around her cheek or nose. He manages to make it to the Octoling's tentacles that's on her head and the climb was back to being harsh as he had to climb straight up for a while, but in the end, he manages to get to the top of the tentacle before making his way further until he can see the Octoling's phone far ahead of him. To Inky, its a miracle he managed to make it this far as he looks ahead and see the towering phone lying on its back, which allows Inky to see two particular icons that catches his attention and are the very things he was hoping to spot right on the screen during this whole marathon of running and climbing. Those icon being non other than the phone call icon and the mail icon.

Inky, tired as he is to the point he just wish to have one break to catch his breath for maybe five minute, ten minutes, a year amount of a break, he had to still figure out what to do first. He figures that he might as well give the phone call icon a shot and try to call Agent 3, maybe she might find someone to rescue him from the Octoling, though he has no idea how in the world he'll convince her that he's tiny in the first place. However, as Inky was thinking of the phone icon, he notice that the Octoling got a email sent to her, and he can read a bit of what the notification is, "Result of test 35 of project dwindling ink." That's all Inky could read of the notification that appeared for a second or two before disappearing. The email might be the best thing for Inky as he realizes that maybe he can send the email to Agent 3, though he somehow doubts she'll understand what the email means exactly or who exactly sent it to her, as he can't just take a picture of the phone of the email and send it to her, mainly because he doesn't have his with him. Poor Inky doesn't exactly know what to do about this particular part as he doesn't know if he should take a chance with the email, or try the phone call idea. On one hand, he could just make a phone call and try to call Agent 3, but few major problems about that Inky realizes, first being that he doesn't know how in the world he'll convince her on a phone that he shrunk by the Octoling, he doesn't even know how to begin explaining all this nor does he even know if his voice will be heard or not. The second major issue is that Inky doesn't really know Agent 3's phone number. Inky was so used to calling Agent 3 with contact to quickly call her without typing the whole number multiple times that he didn't memorized what her phone number is exactly. The other major issue that Inky didn't exactly thought of is that by making the phone call, he might be making a massive risk that the Octoling will hear her phone making noise of someone trying to talk, so there's no telling how things will go from there. As for the other option, Inky does in fact know what Agent 3's email address is, as Inky had to send plenty of emails to Agent 3, mainly because of how silly the email is, but also because she asked him many times to send her whatever articles of cool ink weapons and stuff that's surfing around in Inkopolis and she misses out the information because she's out doing he knows what. So sending the email might be the best option for Inky as not only he knows how to send the email to Agent 3, but its' quiet and the Octoling won't hear him typing the email to Agent 3. However, the major issue about this is that Inky can tell that at his size, he'll have to spend a lot of time to send the information to Agent 3, it might take at least ten minutes to send the information, so, he's risking to be on the phone just as the giantess finally wakes up at who knows what time and won't notice her moving too much than she already has been doing, so he might not notice her quietly waking up and about to reach for her phone and potentially spotting him while he's focus on making the email to agent 3. The other major issue is that even if Inky could send this information to Agent 3, he doesn't know if she'll think the email is real or its just some junk mail to be deleted right on the spot, not aware that Agent 3 is more likely to understand the information far more he is now due to her being a secret agent member of the New Squidbeak Splatoon.

With that said, Inky can tell he's in a spot that no matter what, he'll have no choice but to hope Agent 3 realizes that its him trying to leave a message to her with either a phone call or a email while hoping she doesn't brush it to the side like its nothing. As such, Inky thought of his options to see which one is the best one to pick and decides to....

1) Risk waking the Octoling up early and make the phone call.

2) Take the time to make the email to agent 3 and risk getting silently spotted by the Octoling on the spot.
