Winning vote, at the time I was making the drawing before i saw things got turn into a draw last week: 3) Take a major risk and scale her face just to get her phone.

Inky. much to his possible regret in the future, decides that he may try his luck with the Octoling's phone. Unfotunately, that means getting up close and personal with the girl's face once he cross her stomach and scale her chest, which all that alone will take a bit with his very small size. Inky waste little time at making his way at crossing the giant hand he was on, soon landning right on top of the top part of short's waist band before stepping on the Octoling's stomach. Inky began running as fast as he can on the stomach, a little hard to do a bit as his foot sinks a bit into the girl's skin, making it feel like Inky is running on dense sand or mud. He would at time use his ink gun to shoot out ink as far as in front of him as he can so he can transform into a squid to start swimming before having to jump out and redo again, something similiar to how he had to scale the Octoling earlier today. This process rather works well for Inky, especially since he's doing it on a rather flat surface, or as flat the Octoling's stomach can get, and Inky can at least run to for a bit and isn't climbing a walking mountain, just crossing a vast plain that is said stomach. About twenty or thirty minutes has past, Inky made it from the girl's waist to the base of her chest, crossing a flat surface nonstop while only having to avoid the one obstacle that was in the way that which is the girl's belly button. When Inky thinks this girl is a looming mountain, he wish he was exaggerating a lot while crossing the stomach took far less time now than this morning, the fact it took him twenty or thirty minutes just proofs to Inky just how pathetically small he is to everything. And its not getting better for him as he has to climb the Octoling's chest for a bit before he can walk on top and finally make it to the girl's face. Inky can only be glad that this whole time the girl isn't a rough sleeper as she hardly moves, maybe a bit of a loud snorer, but is thankfully not tossing and turning. Granted, Inky did had moments of worry during this whole thing as the Octoling would move her hand once or twice during the duration of Inky's run, mainly to either move slightly bit or the Octoling is scratching her face a bit in her sleep. After maybe another ten minutes, the Inkling made it to the top of the Octoling's chest, having a bit of a rough footing as the girl's breathing is throwing Inky off a bit, he even fell flat on his face maybe once or twice. Still, proceeding Inky does as he run the hilltop that is the girl's chest to make his way to the girl's face, the destination of the first half of Inky's journey to the girl's phone, and the start of the dangerous part to get to the phone as he'll have to climb her face. Looking at the head ahead, if Inky was only thinking of going to the file, he would've just had to go to the girl's shoulder more and climb some of the tentacles to jump into the drawer to reach the file.

However, since he's going for the phone, Inky, has to go more of the middle of the face than take one massive detour, as since he spent so long running and climbing, a lot of time has past and he doesn't know how long the Octoling is going to stay sleeping, whether it will be for another hour or in ten minutes, Inky doesn't know. And climbing her face is going to just risk waking the girl up since he wants to get to the phone soon, which means taking one of two paths he sees that can get him to the phone the fastest. One would be the girl's mouth, something that worries Inky a lot to say the least. The mouth would be the fastest path to cross the girl's face to reach the top of her head and get to the top of the nightstand, but the mouth is easily the dangerous part of the idea as the mouth alone is so massive to Inky that it look like it could swallow a big chunk of Inkopolis with little effort, with some teeths the size of buildings from what Inky can get a glimpse of. Her breathing, while not lasting long, sounds strong and deep that there is a time window for Inky to jump over the lips, but he's risking a lot for the biggest chance of accidentally falling into the girl's mouth as she sleeps, and there's no telling if Inky will survive her mouth at all or he'll be dead the second he get suck into the mouth. As for the other path, that would be taking time to climb around the mouth and cross the girl's close eyes. That would easily be the safest path to take in this whole crazy idea of climbing the girl's face, but there's a chance he might not only take a few minutes too long to climb around, as he doesn't want to use any ink around the eyes at the risk of the girl's skin is sensitive enough to feel him, but that he might risk waking the girl up a bit faster this way as crossing her closed eyes would help him get across the face faster at the risk that his small size is just small enough to feel him and cause the girl to either wake up or stir in her sleep. And Inky doesn't know what will happen exactly if he's on the eye if she starts waking up. He could either fall straight into her eye, which cause a lot of problem for both kids, stand just at the edge for her to see him, or cause her to rub her eyes and in turn, squish him in the process. Now Inky could just risk spending more time just walking around the whole face to avoid such risks, but the way the girl sounds a bit in her sleep the closer he gets to her face, it sounds like Inky doesn't have time to waste.

As such, Inky decides to....

1) Take the risk with the lips.

2) Cross her eye.
