Guess Rouge found a new use for Chaos Emeralds. Wonder how much strength in that spell she would get if she plug the master emerald to that wand.

Figure I make a Halloween drawing with Sonic characters and Rouge was immediately on my mind for this year since I saw she had a witch costume in a Sonic phone game app and was going to go with that design. However, I also then remembered that Rouge also had another official witch costume back in Sonic Adventures 2. Had a slight bit of debating on which one I wanted to draw the most, but I decided to go with this one.
