V Rex is probably a good interpretation of a Kong villain, so why not fix him up and make him another OG Bigger and Stronger villain, Goro!!! He probably appears in a Son of Kong film as a main villain, whose only goal is to tear Kong's flesh. I should add some origins next time for characters, so yeah:Height: 89 Meters
