Aw man this was a pain in the ass and it looks weird but woah am I proud of the lineless work, cause I've,, never been good at that

Anyways this is for a contest where you are supposed to draw their character with some kind of power. Well I saw this boy and I kinda fell in love. Of course a water power would fit em, but I wanted to do something more than just some floating water around em (even though that's basically what this is)
So I came up with this
