Well, here it is.....my own official redesign version of Cosmo the Seederian. Nothing related to Sonic Boom or whatever but it's lovely all on it's own!

I wanted Cosmo to look more a little different then her original concept. More plant like but still have a bit of a humanoid features; Since Cosmo was often compared to the psychic pokemon Kirila, I thought I go with it's design with it's attire and feet but still kept a flowery look on Cosmo. Now she kinda looks like Celebi.

Am I right??

Headcanon:

Like Sonic X, Cosmo is a kind and peaceful soul that treasures all life. She quite curious and a bit clueless when it comes to technology, in fact, she tends to accidentally breaks them so she is clumsy. She also have low confidence in herself since she believes that she isn't worthy to take the role as The Miracle Seed of Life or blames herself for the troubles that she caused, even when it's an accident but she is willing to protect them from any sort of danger! She strongly believes in the balance of life and has a strong morality; She is the one that "keeps the peace" between the group of Heroes if they tend to argue and even tries to reasons the enemies on their actions whenever she is capture.
It's rare to see her walk since she tends to float around everywhere she goes but isn't much of a flyer since she gets air sickness easily. She has the ability to control Nature around and can speak to plants, small animals and insects alike. Even though she has a strong dislike against violence, she is willing to help her friends in the best of her abilities and even guide them to the right path by sensing the environment around her as along as it connects to life; she is at a disadvantage if her location is not filled with life. She has amazing agility and heavy endurance upon herself but is physically weak and easily frighten by sudden sounds or movements.
The negative energy from her emotions like sadness, anger or sorrow is locked inside her amulet. If it ever releases, she becomes a Dangerous Force of Nature! She greatly fears that day will come and she will harm everyone around her
Cosmo is the reincarnation of the Demi-Goddess of Life and Creation, Flora. She was destined to renew life upon the Mobius if destruction has occurred on Mobius but she worries that she wouldn't be able to fulfilled such a deed and wishes the world to never end. She also greatly fears Enerjak, DemiGod of Chaos and Destruction and rival to Flora.
((I'm still working on the background but this is also what I got so far.))
