It might be the long brown scarf? I think the earlier Doctors at least wore long flowing scarves.

(Helsinki, oh, I have Helsinki tooo.. He is my fav from ALL :ĐĐ He is... male and female LOOOL xD sadly, he was born like that.. I know in modern ages, the can help from this.. but he was born around 1550, and in that time it was impossible to do perfectly.. xD)
