Hello there!
I would to start off with saying that this is a wonderful piece of art, although there are some mistakes I can clearly see.

Overall, this is a really nice drawing. Of course, there will always be room for improvement, and I suggest looking up some pictures of real animals to help with your anatomy. Your fur and background looks great. Keep up the good work!

I would like to start off by saying that I love how it looks from a distance!
It looks almost traditional!
Now, with the drawing itself there are some things which should be fixed, the left eye should be a bit closer to the right [they should be an eye's length apart, if that makes sense], and probably a bit smaller. I think the nose needs to be a bit smaller, and shaped a little differently, a bit more like a heart,but it's fine the way it is! Just needs to be shrunk a bit.
The face seems a bit too wide to me, though that's likely because of the distance on the eyes.
The 'fur' looks about right, though what should have been done was starting with darker tones throughout the entire drawing, making the parts shaded appear darker. Then with lighting, allowing the lighter tones to overlay wherever you needed to highlight. Researching pictures of cats help too! [I prefer looking at pictures of cats who aren't black/white/grey as it's a little easier to see the flow of the fur.]

Let's Get This Straight.. I thought this was a real cat! For Instance, I can't get anything CLOSE to this on MS Paint!! ^^' All of the detail on the fur, eye, nose, ears, and the eye scar!
Though, I do think around the snout area, all the lines go a little crazy.. It may just be me, but I tell you, everything else on this piece of artwork is truly breathtaking, and very visual. Its almost like you just traced over another original work of art. Keep up the good work! This cat is a truly beautiful OC. Keep It Up!

I would like to say how wonderful this is, but let's just get to the real critiquing.
The fur indeed looks very detailed. I love how you mixed the many different shades of gray. His ears look very detailed as well on the inside.
Now his eyes.
His left eye seems a little too far away from the other one. So perhaps you could of tried to make it look like the right eye is actually under his bang.
His nose seems a little too big as well. And perhaps you should try making it a little bit of a very light gray to match his fur. And I also noticed some green overlapping some of his fur.
And his body seems a little too thick. And now his teeth. Perhaps you should try making the teeth a little sharper and not as flat. He looks a little bit like a bunny his his overbite like that.
But other than all of that stuff, good job! uwu

before i get started i would like to say i do like this picture I'm just going to try and help out.
i do think you have much improved on the back ground from the last time, there's more color and it is a nicer picture overall. i would next time not at teeth because it makes it look a little like an over bite.
i like the background i really do feel strongly that you have improved a lot. this picture is much better than the rusty one! keep up the good work! hope this helps you!

Try next time to use better line's then handdraw lines.
