Once born on Mandalore, Rhax was another child who became a mandalorian before the reform to pacifism, joining the Deathwatch Faction and being Exiled to Concordia. When the clone wars broke out he'd leave Concordia to go "hunt", tracking down bounties across the galaxy to who ever wish to hire someone with "brutal" methods. Eventually this would lead to a bounty that was way over his head than he first thought, a request was sent to him offering him a lot of credits if he brought back a particular orange twi'lek who was said to be on Coruscant. Taking the bounty, Rhax headed to the Planet city where he found the Twi'lek and attempted to assassinate her, to which he almost did if the " bloody Tailhead" wasn't a force sensitive let alone a Jedi Knight in the GAR... Rhax was pursued and Arrested by the Twi'lek and her Clones.

In the interrogation room he was given two choices; Work for the Republic and you'll be paid Handsomely or be sent to a jail cell to rot. Of course he agreed to working with the Republic but not a without condition of his own; Allow him to train some of the troopers in combat to aid in making them effective in combat especially if they fight anyone that isn't a droid.

With that an agreement was met and Rhax was conscripted into the 9th Hardline Task Force training and aiding the troopers in operations whilst being a combat expert and sparring buddy for the Twi'lek jedi Knight Sett Omuna who he'd form a close friendship with to the point a few of the troopers joked about them possible being soulmates.

Later in to the war Rhax would receive a holo message from a good friend of his in the Nite Owls letting him know that Mandalore was at war with itself and that the Republic would soon be moving to aid the resistance against Maul's forces. Rhax would gives his goodbyes to his Troopers and his now close ally Sett saying "I'll see you all on the other side"...

A shame they never saw each other after the fall...
