Made this for my shop, [link] .I thought the ladies sitting was rather like the ball he happened into, though it isn't exactly period-correct. (Okay, it isn't period-correct at all, but I liked the picture!)

These costumes are Victorian period, right, not Georgian?

Right. Unfortunately I couldn't find another high res Georgian fashion plate... I made this several years ago, so I don't remember my train of logic really well. I think I thought that the theatrical setting of the fashion plate suited the theatrical air of Northanger Abbey.

I'd love to see future postcard if you end up making more! Especially one of Mansfield Park; that's my favorite Austen novel.
