Alternate Title: What if Awdry written “Richard the New Engine”?

Dear Friends,

An engine has been Saved from Scrap by Henry. His name is Richard, and with maintenance happening along the mainline in the summer season, the Fat Controller is very pleased to have a New Engine helping on his Railway!

But I’m sorry to say that not All the Engines are pleased with Richard’s arrival. And the jealousy would escalate to a few accidents! Richard is very happy to have his own book and I hope you enjoy hearing all about him as much as I did!

A/N: Okay, sorry for not posting as much! As you may know, I went to Scotland for a week and I was doing a Request from one of my friends at the same time as this one. Sadly, I'm not going to show you guys it until he allows me too lmao. I will also be having to not do much as I use to, since I want to practise on my shading techniques and But this was made as both for Carson’s birthday and the 1 Year Anniversary for Richard being shown to the fandom!

I do like him very much and I enjoyed doing it!(Apart from the sleepers and ballast, hate that part.)

I have to say that this was suppose to be more like Clive Spong with yellow toned faces and ballast. Henry was also looking more like Spong's image. But I gave up and went with a version I like (and the version of Henry's face I want for him in my series, his eye colour in my series is forest green in my series).

Anyways, it’s done! Hope you all like it!
