I know the feeling, happened to me many times, as different classes, wanted to backstab this sniper that was dominating me, switched and could not do so, was on 2fort with an effective engie nest next the inteligence, we were winning by two captures to none, switched, then I went scout and since I knew the layout of everything and my nest was gone, I capped the game with three straight runs. It happens to everyone at some time, but sometimes when you switch it could not be more perfect.

This has actually become a running joke between me and my guy friends. Every single time auto-balance happens: it's to me, and I'm switched to BLU. Always.

Oh god, I despise auto-balance with a passion.
We all have our auto balance horror stories, but I think I might actually have the worst.
STORY TIEM! 
Playing scout on CP_Granary, and we're attacking the last point. I die shortly before our team deploys an uber, so when I respawn and get back to the last point it's literally completely empty. So I run onto the last point and cap it, no problem. I then start running into their spawn to kill them all, when suddenly, I fall over dead. Auto-balanced. After we had won. And this particular server had respawns enabled during Humiliation, so I respawned to be massacred by the team I had just won the game for 
I ragequitted so hard.

XD I remember a time in Halo I got to a really hard to get to sniping spot and was getting a bunch of kills then next thing I knew I was switched to red team and was like WTF NOOO!!! MY SNIPING SPOT!!! T_T "KILL THE REDS KILL THE REDS!!!!"
