Not really, when you obliterate something there isn't anything left. Killing there might be something left of it.Β
Think about it this way, if they can regenerate obliterating is the only way to kill them, in this case it's kinda the same thing.

depends what kind. Her Determination is mostly stronger than magical attacks. She can get blocked through magic but not destroyed.Β
In the RP there's a character who's able, through touching her, to neutralize any kind of Magic. Doesnt matter if Monster-Magic or Determination. If she's touching LV-Frisk she gets weak and isnt able to use much of her magic anymore. She getsΒ assailable. Even tho it wouldnt lead to her erasing.Β
And in another RP, special magical Runes blocking her magic and making her unable to move.
Actually to really erase and destroying her without having anything left is to let her Determination disappear. Cause she's not more than that and LV -w-

I asked that because at some point my RP mage develop a spell combined with arcane and fire magic that disrupt magic, it is near lethal to anything that is partly magical like a demon in his world. (gameplay wise it deals more damage to things like them, disrupts magic resistances, and spells.)
But it seems in this case it would slow her down.... But it is a quite expensive spell so he cannot spam it.
As for her DT, would the DT extractor be a god tier weapon against her ?
