And another Ref is finally done! Gosh this one took forever not only because I was distracted a lot, also because I had to think a lot about his design xD

Anyways! This is Velima! He's a Cyborg~ his mind is natural but his body artificially~

He's after Timax and tries to kill him, because in his Eyes Timax is just "Unnatural". Timax is afraid of him. In the first fight with him, Timax lost his right arm (there where he has the bandage on) and turned into the Chaosmode.

Oji saved Timax already sometime from him. Also Quil did it as Velima and Timax met again after a long time.

Velima hangs out in Dump-Valley sometimes (and met Oji and Infiss there. First one beat him up with the help of Rookie xD)

Anyways! I'm happy I finally have his design done -w-
