This was done over 10 years ago, before Pikachu got that little upgrade I was young.

I did this 12+ years ago back then girl Pikachu never had this upgrade. It doesn't bother me however i'm no psychic so I cant say I drew her wrong. To me personally, bolt signsΒ never had heart tips.
