These are the Primaris Intercessors you get from the Dark Imperium box set (the starter set of 8th edition), these guys are fixed posed. But since they are troop choice, I don't see much point in buying the posable box set.

Intercessors are the tactical marines of the Primaris lines, at the start they are too expensive for what they do so I ignored them. But now with their cost reduced to 17 pts (regular marine being 12 pts), you do get one more wound and attack on your red shirt marine for the price of 5 points (and an increase of bolter range by 6 inches and -1 AP). And more wounds on your troops means the more time your opponent would need to spend killing them. Unless of course he tailored his army to killing Primaris and have 2D weapons by the truckload.
