edit I added a smokey layer to kinda hide the fact that I'm bad at shadows so I made it a little darker and this is what I came up with, its a bit better than yesterday's version which didn't have the smoke and the. So yay

I like how the parted trees in the background suggest a path she traveled by. and then the curving stare case suggests an ascension, the plants to the right of the picture contrast well with the mist and dead trees and leaves behind her. maybe hinting towards an ascension from a death state, into a new life. the umbrella seems to represent a shield, and the dress make me think of inner beauty. the dress dragging on the ground also makes me think about how beauty is connected to suffering, since the dragging of the dress is in the casted shadow behind her, just like the deadwood. and I cannot get past how the only light in the entire scene is what she is walking towards. the branches in the top left make me think about complexity and how complicated life can be when all that is below you is fog and confusion, just above death.

but mind I say something?
- the girl looked like 'floating'. you forgot to put the shadows around her
- and the background light comes behind her, but the shadow from the girl looks like come from in front of her. it's just off..
- and maybe you could sync the color of the girl, since the background looks so gloomy, but the girl looked so..woow! if you know what I mean..
next time, please be careful with shadow
