I don't know about a painting, but there is a children's song about 'how much is that doggie in the window' but the kitties just fell asleep like that and I actually had my camera.

I forget how old they were when this was taken- still pretty young I think, so small and all that 'kitty fur' sticking out. If only they could stay this small....well, they kinda did- girls are only 4lbs. each, but Mr. Sid!!! He's about 10lbs now. Glad you liked it!!

I feel the same way I would wish kittens can stay kittens.
The way there hair is when they are that young reminds of fuzz lol. Wow that is tiny. Only 4 pounds. I use to have 5 cats. They all weight 10-14 pounds. Too much weight is no good for them though.

True- Mr. Sid carries his weight well; he is a big cat. I tell him he was first on the umbilical cord, but it was wrapped around his neck, LOL. My brother and his family have the other two kittens, also girls, and they are also tiny. But vet says their health is great, so no worries there.

As long as its normal is all that matters. They must be small bone. I love your cats name. Mr. Sid. Is there a special reason for the Mr. at the beginning of it?

Not really; it just sounded cute that way, especially since he is the only boy. When I realized he would be staying with us, my daughter and I were trying out names, and flipping thru tv channels, stopped to watch 'Ice Age' and we both thought 'Diego', to name him after the saber tooth tiger. But a few minutes later, having watched the kitty run into the tv stand 3 times in a row, I said, 'Nope, he's more like Sid-' and Sid it is.
