At first I thought, "Hey, I want to make an entire series of these little guys! 8D" ... But then I realized that that would be called an icon family. And no one wants these to be floating all over deviantArt xDD;

I got mine as a gift.. From CompUSA. I say you should stick with the Wacom brand because they're pretty durable and it's easy to find supplies and accessories that you might need or want for it... :/
And they're good for beginners : D

I wouldn't say less expensive per say, but they're moderately priced and you can find it all on the Wacom website~
