It's the wolf form of Royal.
Most of the time time he stays like this. He can talk in this form too but he chooses to keeps his mouth shut most of the time. People are already staring at him so he pretends that he cant talk or understand humans.

And there you have the royal Symbol that is placed on his wings, knees and above the white on his front paws.
