Problem is that.. when I drive cursor with brush (or whatever) its... hmm shaking and lines aren't straight...

well, since you want to make cell-shading, a mouse should be enough
ahh, but don't use the brush tool xD, use the pen tool , and then convert the lines to a selection, finally fill them with the bucket tool ^^

sure ^^, shen you have a layer of a color (for example the hair color), then you create a new layer above it..then in the tool bar (the one that has file, edition and so on) clic on Layer, and then Clpping Mask Layer.. you will see that the new layer you created moved a little to the rght and there is like an arrow pointing to the hair layer (of couse this all appear in the layers window), now you will be able to paint only in the zone that the hair layer is ^^

2'nd: do you know what Ayame doing with her drawing skills now? ...and whats going n with her? shes almost always offline and she use lirbary computer (Yes Icheck up IP xD).
3'rd: do you know whats going on with Ereg-sansei?
(she is offline as well... and she didnt submit nothing (only one scrap for art-trade) by some time... I hears dhe want master PTSai... but Aya didnt confirm that information xDD)

Ereg wanted skilled artist... (well basically she wanted someone who can draw by her/himself without tracing and yelling that she/he can't draw) so she will be satisfacted xD
I didnt want random person - and I already know you a bit... and I had to admit that you are quite adorable.
Aya and Papu wanted someone who is kind and don't spear dramma... so you fit perfectlly xD)

Yeah... very bitch xD ...and very honest... blunt and always on first battle line...
I meet her on polish blog with Dragon Ball stolen images... she was alone then - and she just demand to remove all stolen drawings... all chicks on blog wanted to eat her...
....and she was so untouchable xD
Blog was removed in 28 hours from official declaration of owner that she won't remove stuff...
I was kind a scared that I won't find her again... her IP was changing with every post she wrote so I couldn't find her...
but at that time many blogs with stolen images start to vanish xD and two days pass... and I meet her again... I left her mine email... and I start to follow.
Mine parents divorced few years ago.. and I was a kid without own place and reasons to life... and she show me how to find passion and targets in life... how go forward...
Hahaha... I wonder sometimes how many lives she changed only by pc keyboard...
