Ada Wong(aka: The Bitch in the Red Dress) from the Resident Evil series.
She's always been one of my favorites and I want to try a more Marvel-like style with Photoshop. I think it was a success.

I love the coloring, The stark black shadow next to the subtle shading makes for a very, very cool touch. Especially with the yellow in her skin and the red of the dress. The gun also looks really awesome, completely realistic. The only critique I have is that you should work on your anatomy a bit. It was pretty brave choosing such a difficult pose, for sure, especially with the perspective you have to work in. Remember to look up reference for your poses, especially difficult ones like this!
