A five person group whom operates to punish rebellious students with justifiable action.

This committee is consisted and always of 5 students or less, because to them, it only really needed 5 minds to think of the best course of action during a crisis in the school and it’s students.

The committee has ties with the S.A.F.E student council just in case of the council needs their assistance on certain matters..
just because the committee is tied doesn’t mean its members wholeheartedly agree with the councils actions..
In fact, both circles have opposing opinions on how to handle the schools problems.

Conflicts between the two circles do occasionally happen, but it’s not as serious or severe for the most part..
