Ok, so the snap on button idea works REALLY really well...but unfortunately for me, too well, since i made my leg armor too tight. :/ But the leg armor stayed on forever, until i took it off myself. Now I know I need to make leg armor a bit looser to actually enjoy walking around in it.

Yeah, I got bruises around my ankles, but it's ok. I'll fix it all up so it's bearable to wear.
