Character Story:

          Shin is the youngest child of his family and grew up alongside his older brothers in a mostly tieflings tribe located in the primeval jungles south of Yi-Suye. His birth circumstances were no different from his brothers Rune and Luca, but in his first years it was clear that something offbeat had happened to him. His very first words were in Sylvan, a language no one had used around him. He had trouble sleeping which was due to strange nightmares as they found out later. The little tiefling was quickly labelled as weird and quirky. He seemed to talk and respond to invisible entities no one could see or feel. Luckily Shin’s family was loving and supportive, and his brothers grew even more protective of him.

    During his childhood Shin decided to follow the suggestion of a peculiar voice in his mind, an endeavor that nearly got him killed when a Yutyrannus tried to eat him. If not for his brothers and the tribe’s reinforcements, he would have met his end there. Yet he grew up into a fine hunter who soon was in a lead position to claim the role of the Master Hunter of the tribe. However, his weird habits made him a controversial candidate that some tribe members wanted out from the picture. Tensions grew within the tribe to the point of no return, as a result Luca, his brother, became an outcast.

    For the first time ever he had no certainty he would see one of his brothers again. This realisation was unbearable for him, he lamented to Rune feeling guilty and wronged by their own tribe. The two brothers decided they would rather abandon their promising titles and lives in the tribe than be separated from their brother. They knew Luca headed towards Lumivaara. Unlike Luca who reached his destination swiftly, Rune and Shin took almost a year. The two were constantly distracted and got lost multiple times. Eventually they reached the illustrious city of Lumivaara and the brothers were once again reunited.
