Lady (and Rosie) explain to Rron that he must stop the diesels, given that (you didn’t know this) he’s very stealth and quick.
D261 delivers a remade message (since he lost the other one) and gives it to D199. However, when he turns to the back, it’s actually an updated warning that Rron is sent to stop the diesels from destroying Tidmouth Sheds and every engine outside of it (meaning the ENTIRE island).
