Seeing no further reaction from the Xatu, Michael shrugs and starts heading back to the forest trail they had been walking on.

“Well, I guess, have fun doing whatever it is that you were doing,” Michael says, waving at the Xatu but not really paying too much attention to them.

Their ears have progressed to the point where they can pick up sounds throughout the forest and are constantly twitching this way and that. Unfortunately their fur hasn’t really grown in and the towel really isn’t that good at keeping in the heat so Michael can already feel themselves start to shiver. They aren’t concerned at the moment, though. Eventually the fur will come in and worst case scenario they just have to become particularly active. Already the pikachu aspect of their mind is starting to take over the majority of the control and they don’t feel at all concerned about the cold. They just want to walk faster and if anything is a little bit annoyed at having to carry around the towel all night. Already they are making plans to potentially swing back around to where the bag is within a little while, partly to make sure they know where it is and partly to get rid of the towel for the rest of the night.
